I’ve posted a handful of blogs now and chattered on about different subjects, yet I haven’t introduced you all to my fur babies! I’ll most likely mention them a few hundred times plus a dozen more in the fur babies photo blog and you’ll likely see oodles of pictures. They are simply my world and each one is honestly my best friend. They were the inspiration for fur babies photo once I graduated from the Art Institute of Seattle.
Let’s start off with my older guy, Buddy. Not your typical Jack Russell Terrier, he’s quite laid back and loves to sleep! The Budster (one of his many nicknames) can be a bit grumpy at times but when you mention the word “cookie” (our term for Milkbone treats) he is quite happy to put a smile on his little furry face.
Our youngest fur baby is our little princess, Chi Chi. She is a mix breed of cuteness and full of personality. The highlight of most of my days is going outside to play fetch with her. She has several tennis balls lying around the house and when you ask, she’ll pick one out and go storming out the door at full speed! A full speed runner with tons of energy but she can also be very gentle and loving.
Both of my fur babies hold a special place in my heart and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Each day I am grateful that I was able to adopt/ rescue them. My husband and I feel very lucky they came into our lives and brought so much cheer.
